The service
PsyShift is a free site and app to discover festivals, follow the ones you attend and talk with other festivalgoers. It is free and will stay free. It sells nothing: tickets are bought from the organisers, and festival information may change — check with them.
Your account
You must be 16 or older. Give a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and use one account for one person. You are responsible for what is done with your account; tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
Community rules
The forum works because people are decent to each other. Not allowed:
- harassment, threats, hate or discrimination;
- anything illegal — selling drugs, ticket fraud or resale above face value, stolen goods;
- spam, advertising and repeated off-topic posts;
- someone else's personal data, photos of people without their agreement;
- content you have no right to share.
Moderation
Anyone can report a post with its Report button. Moderators review every report and may remove a post that breaks these rules or the law; its author is told by email which post and why. If you disagree, reply to that email or write to not provided yet: a person reviews the decision. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to the account being suspended or closed.
Your content
What you post stays yours. You allow PsyShift to show it on the site and in the app, for as long as it is online. Posts are public. Festival suggestions you send may be used freely to improve the catalogue.
Availability and liability
We work to keep PsyShift available and its information right, but give no guarantee: the service may be interrupted, and festivals may change or cancel. PsyShift is not responsible for festivals, organisers, tickets or the sites it links to. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Profile & settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, telling its owner why.
Changes and law
We may change these terms and will say so on the site before they apply; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of France; if you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
